Children's Shoe Painting (2021-present)
My passion is creating artistic hand-painted shoes for underprivileged children. In collaboration with my Art in Hearts club members and volunteers, we customize these shoes using leather paints. We utilize weekly lunch meetings and after-school hours to meet the high demand from three different shelters.

Dragon Kim Fellowship
My 'Little Steps’ project, created within the “Art in Hearts” club, was the proud recipient of the Dragon Kim Community Service Fellowship. With their generous support and training, we expanded our outreach by providing over 250 art-inspired shoes for marginalized children. Star of the Sea Orphanage (Korea)
As part of my efforts to expand the mission of project Little Steps, I have been donating custom-painted children's shoes every year to Star of the Sea Orphanage in Incheon, Korea. This orphanage is the oldest in Korea and carries a long history as it was started by nuns after the Korean War. With a total of over 100 pairs donated to this orphanage alone, I've seen firsthand the immense impact that each and every shoe has on the children.

Laura’s House
Laura's House is a local non-profit organization supporting mostly women and children who are fleeing from domestic violence.

OC Rescue Mission
The Little Steps project has not only provided custom-painted shoes to children in shelters but also holds biannual art camps to encourage children to cultivate their creativity, build their self-pride, and gain confidence.
